This 6-hour first response trauma course provides information, skills, and hands-on practice necessary for everyday citizens to recognize, respond, and begin to treat traumatic injuries until professional care arrives. This may involve providing first response/first aid in the home (family, loved ones and friends), at work (colleagues, employees and clients) or out in public during social settings, vehicle accidents or natural/man-made disasters.

Instruction Includes:
– Trauma Care Considerations and Planning
– Trauma Kit/Gear Familiarization
– Basic First Aid/First Response Skills
– Practical Exercises and Scenarios

Course Includes: 6 hours of instruction
